Situation Analysis
Since 2002, HCRS has provided support to our deployed troops by recruiting, hiring, and managing more than 250 health care workers and medical administrative support staff across Military Treatment Facilities (MTFs) nationwide. HCRS provides clerical, certified and specialized medical support services.
Solution
HCRS developed a solution to manage centralized as well as command-wide staffing contracts for the Department of Defense, covering multiple in diverse geographic MTF locations.
Over the past seven years, HCRS has placed physicians, nursing staff, medical records clerks and technicians, medical coders and auditors at 48 MTFs -- including 29 Air Force facilities. We use proven start-up and transition plans to ensure services commence on time. Currently, HCRS’ on-time fill rate is 96 percent and our average turnaround time to place qualified personnel at MTFs is 15 days or less.
