Contract VehiclesUnder the 20-year, multiple awards GSA Mission Oriented Business Integrated Services (MOBIS) Schedule 874, HCRS provides specialized consulting and training services to improve the management and increase the effectiveness of our federal and state customers’ business performance. HCRS is currently approved for this contract under Special Identification Number (SIN) 874-1 Consultation Services.

  • Alliant Small Business - The Alliant Small Business Governmentwide Acquisition Contract (Alliant SB GWAC) is a competitive multiple award, indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity set-aside small business contract. The contract is designed to provide worldwide information technology solutions to federal agencies while strengthening opportunities in federal contracting for small businesses. 
  • GSA Vets GWAC - The Veterans Technology Services (VETS) Governmentwide Acquisition Contract (GWAC) is a small business set-aside contract for service-disabled veteran-owned (SDVO) small technology firms. It is the result of Executive Order 13360 that is designed to strengthen federal contracting opportunities for SDVO firms.   VETS presents a new way for federal agencies to achieve small business goals through purchase of information technology solutions from small businesses owned by service-disabled veterans.

HCRS has been awarded several multi-year indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity (ID/IQ) task order contracts with the federal government. These vehicles offer a streamlined contracting process and expedited delivery of consulting services.

U.S. Navy Northwest MATO

Provides multi-disciplinary health care workers at the Navy Medical Centers in the Northwest including Oak Harbor, Washington; Bremerton, Washington; and Pearl Harbor, Hawaii. 


U.S. Navy Medical Coding, Data Quality Control (Audit), and Training Services

Provides outpatient medical record coding, data quality control (audit), training and clinical coding consulting services to support the Bureau of Medicine and Surgery (BUMED), Navy Medicine East, Navy Medicine West and the Naval military treatment facilities within the continental United States.

DoD D/SIDDOMS 3 Contract

The Defense Medical Information Systems/Systems Integration, Design Development, Operations and Maintenance Services (D/SIDDOMS 3) contract is a 10-year multiple-award ID/IQ contract that enables HCRS to provide services within the Departments of Defense and Veterans Affairs.
