HCRS has developed and currently uses an Internet-based productivity software tool called eCoding Log. This program affords coders and auditors at any global location the ability to document their daily codingand auditing production in real time and HCRS supervisors and management the ability to pull, review and analyze reports, also in real time. Thus, supervisors and management have the immediate ability to address variances in production standards.
eCoding Log has also streamlined and improved accuracy for all reporting functions. The HCRS supervisors and management usethis HCRS-developed software to generate production reports to ensure the coding and auditing staff are meeting productivity standards and to easily gather data which will be analyzed, reviewed and reported to our customers.
