HCRS often employs the multi-year indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity (ID/IQ) task order contract, which offers Federal and State agencies the benefits of a streamlined contracting process and the expedited delivery of Health Information Management (HIM) consulting services. In addition, HCRS utilizes the vehicles listed below on our various government contracts:

GSA MOBIS Schedule – HCRS now provides HIM consulting services to government agencies through its recently awarded GSA Management, Organizational and Business Improvement Services (MOBIS) Schedule contract. Under the 20-year multiple award GSA MOBIS Schedule 874, HCRS can provide specialized consulting and training services to improve the management and increase the effectiveness of our client’s current HIM processes. HCRS is currently approved for this contract under Special Identification Number (SIN) 874-1 Consultation Services.

Management Consulting Services for Maryland State Agencies – Maryland State Agencies can access HCRS’ consulting services under this multiple award Master Contract. HCRS is a subcontractor to Enterprise Solutions Group, a business solutions company headquartered in Hunt Valley, MD.

DoD D/SIDDOMS 3 Contract – The Defense Medical Information Systems/Systems Integration, Design Development, Operations and Maintenance Services (D/SIDDOMS 3) contract is a multiple award, indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity (ID/IQ) contract that enables HCRS to provide services within the Departments of Defense and Veterans Affairs.

HCRS is currently under contract to provide assistance in systems integration, design, development, operations, and maintenance for the Military Health System (MHS) and system components for the TRICARE Management Activity (TMA). In addition to the above services, this contract may be used to acquire services in the Department of Veteran’s Affairs. HCRS is a subcontractor to a Large Business Team and a Small Business Team under this 10-year contract vehicle.
